Evolution is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead recruitment in Colombia and coordinate interview schedules, on-site interviews and pre-hire activities at our Medellín site (Tigo Sede Principal, Rivana Business Park Cra. 48 #20-45).

You will manage end-to-end recruitment for Game Presenter roles, engage top talent, advise hiring managers, optimize sourcing channels, and ensure proper documentation for hires and onboarding.

Formación

• 2 years of proven hands-on experience in massive recruitment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
• Awareness of labor market trends and recruitment channels in Colombia.

Responsabilidades

• Manage full life cycle of the recruitment process for Game Presenter roles.
• Identify and engage top talent on the market.
• Consult with hiring managers to understand and assess hiring needs.
• Find best channels and activities for talent acquisition.
• Take part in active massive sourcing.
• Set up and maintain recruitment systems.
• Coordinate and ensure completion of all required documentation during hiring and onboarding.
• Maintain accurate candidate and new hire records per internal processes.
