Job description

We are looking for a Recruitment Assistant based in Bogotá, Colombia.

This role is ideal for a dynamic and proactive professional with experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes across LATAM, along with strong sourcing skills using modern recruitment tools.

Location: Must be based in Bogotá, Colombia

Experience: 1–2 years of experience in Recruitment or Headhunting

Strong experience in headhunting and talent acquisition

Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously

Ownership and accountability for recruitment processes

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong organizational and prioritization abilities

Results-oriented mindset with a proactive attitude

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for LATAM and international roles

Source and attract top talent using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools

Coordinate interviews and selection processes with hiring managers

Ensure a high-quality candidate experience throughout the recruitment process

Maintain and update recruitment pipelines and reports

Support the continuous improvement of recruitment strategies

Be part of a dynamic and growing regional team

Exposure to international recruitment processes across LATAM and beyond
