The role covers full recruitment lifecycle, collaborating with hiring managers and driving data-driven hiring decisions, with opportunities to grow within the company and across regions.

Qualifikationen

• At least 4years of proven hands-on experience in recruitment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to build strong business relationships with key stakeholders.
• Awareness of labor market trends and recruitment channels in Colombia.
• Passion for talent attraction and recruitment.
• Achievement-oriented attitude.
• Willingness to progress and develop a career within the company.

Aufgaben

• Manage full life cycle of the recruitment process for entry-level roles as well as desk-based positions.
• Identify and engage with the best talent on the market.
• Consult with hiring managers to understand and assess hiring needs.
• Track and use key metrics to drive continuous improvements regarding recruitment decisions and the quality of hires
• Find the best possible channels and activities for talent acquisition purposes
• Take part in active sourcing
• Set up and maintain recruitment systems
