Job summary

Concentrix is seeking a dynamic sales professional in Colombia to drive forecast accuracy and customer engagement. You will apply product knowledge and technical understanding to assess client needs and move opportunities forward.

You will manage high volumes of outbound calls and emails daily, maintain the CRM, and collaborate with the Sales Manager to deliver a professional customer experience.

Qualifications

• Provide accurate weekly/monthly/quarterly sales forecasts.
• Mastery of product knowledge and technical understanding to assess client requirements.
• Ability to manage high volume of customer contacts via phone and email (outbound).

Responsibilities

• Initiate steps to resolve customer concerns hindering satisfaction or product usage.
• Handle objections to retain customers or win new business.
• Work with team to provide a professional experience during all interactions with customers and prospects.
• Maintain the CRM to ensure all relevant data is captured.
• Undertake sales motions such as lead qualification, lead conversion, health checks, renewals.
• Report to Sales Manager.
