Concentrix in Bogotá seeks a Specialist, Customer Acquisition - Bilingual to engage customers and demonstrate value of our client’s products or services. You will focus on selling and renewing contracts, leveraging strong communication skills to move leads through the funnel.

The role requires outbound calls and emails, accurate forecasting, and effective use of CRM to track interactions. You will collaborate with the Sales Manager and team to deliver a professional customer experience.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
• Experience in sales or customer acquisition preferred.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, outbound sales environment.

Responsabilités

• Provide accurate weekly/monthly/quarterly sales forecasts.
• Mastery of product knowledge and technical understanding to assess client requirements.
• Initiate steps to help customer concerns/roadblocks prohibiting satisfaction or product usage.
• Manage external competitive pressures and handle objections to retain customers or win new customers.
• Manage high volume of customer contacts through phone and email each day – outbound focus.
• Work with the team and management to provide a professional experience during all interactions with customers and prospects.
• Maintain the customer management system (CRM) to ensure all relevant data is captured.
• Undertake sales motions including lead qualification, lead conversion, health checks, voice of the customer, or renewing contracts.
• Work with a team and report directly to a Sales Manager.

Specialist, Customer Acquisition - Bilingual

The Sales Representative is responsible for demonstrating the value and benefits of our client’s products or services through customer engagement, with a primary focus on selling and/or renewing contracts. This role is responsible for effectively articulating the value of products or services to customers.

• Provide accurate weekly/ monthly/ quarterly sales forecast
• Mastery of product knowledge and technical understanding of services to assess client requirements
• Initiate steps to help customer concerns/roadblocks prohibiting satisfaction or product usage
• Manage external competitive pressures and handle objections to retain customers or win new customers
