Concentrix is seeking a detail-oriented professional to prepare quotes, contracts, and RFP/RFI responses, maintain pricing configurations, and support the sales process with effective demonstrations and trainings.

The role involves assisting customers across channels, troubleshooting issues, and providing timely follow-up on opportunities while staying current with company activities and industry trends.

Responsabilidades

• Assist customers in person, by phone, email, or live chat to diagnose and research information.
• Troubleshoot problems and explain why a product or service is not meeting expectations.
• Identify and summarize moderately complex issues for management review.
• Maintain up-to-date awareness of company activities and industry trends.
• Provide consistent follow up on opportunities or inquiries.
• Work with teams and report directly to Support Manager.
