Iron Mountain is seeking an adaptable Technical Product Owner - WMS to join our IT Business Systems team in Mexico. You will bridge warehouse operations and technical development by transforming complex logistics requirements into scalable WMS solutions, leveraging Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active capabilities.
You will own the backlog, lead API integrations, and drive end-to-end testing to ensure robust supply chain execution.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Supply Chain or equivalent.
- 6–8 years specializing in Manhattan Scale or Manhattan Active platforms.
- Strong knowledge of WMS module configuration and SQL querying.
- Experience integrating with ERP/TMS using REST/SOAP/EDI interfaces.
Responsabilités
- Own Backlog & Requirements: elicit needs and translate into epics, user stories, and specs.
- Lead Technical Integration: map REST/SOAP APIs, EDI, and interfaces between Manhattan WMS and external systems.
- Drive Flow Testing: design and execute end-to-end lifecycle tests for complex supply chain scenarios.
- Provide System Expertise: act as SME for Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active capabilities and architecture.
