Job summary

Iron Mountain seeks an adaptable Technical Product Owner - WMS to join our IT Business Systems Professional III team in Mexico. This role bridges warehouse operations and technical development by translating complex logistics needs into scalable WMS solutions.

You will own the backlog, lead API integrations, and drive comprehensive testing to ensure robust supply chain execution, leveraging Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active capabilities.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT enterprise application experience.
• 6-8 years specializing in Manhattan Scale or Manhattan Active platforms.
• Strong knowledge of WMS module configuration, SQL querying, system integration standards, and Agile delivery frameworks.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent experience; CSPO or Manhattan certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own Backlog & Requirements: Elicit operational needs and translate them into epics, user stories, and technical specs for development teams.
• Lead Technical Integration: Map and evaluate REST/SOAP APIs, EDI, and database interfaces between Manhattan WMS and external systems like ERP and TMS.
• Drive Flow Testing: Design and execute end-to-end lifecycle testing, validating complex supply chain edge cases before UAT.
• Provide System Expertise: Serve as the SME for Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active WMS capabilities, configurations, and architecture.
