Job summary
Iron Mountain seeks an adaptable Technical Product Owner - WMS to join our IT Business Systems Professional III team in Mexico. The role bridges warehouse operations with technical development to deliver scalable WMS solutions using Manhattan Scale and Active systems.
You will own backlog, drive API integrations, and oversee end-to-end testing, ensuring robust supply chain execution and architecture alignment.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of IT enterprise application experience.
- 6-8 years specializing in Manhattan Scale or Manhattan Active platforms.
- Strong knowledge of WMS configuration, SQL querying, system integration standards, and Agile delivery.
- Bachelor's degree in CS/IT; CSPO or Manhattan certification preferred.
Responsibilities
- Own Backlog & Requirements: elicit operational needs and translate to epics, stories, and specs.
- Lead Technical Integration: map REST/SOAP APIs, EDI, and DB interfaces with ERP/TMS.
- Drive Flow Testing: design and execute end-to-end testing for complex scenarios.
- Provide System Expertise: serve as SME for Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active capabilities.
