Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking an adaptable Technical Product Owner - WMS to join our IT Business Systems team in Mexico. You will bridge warehouse operations and technical development, turning complex logistics needs into scalable WMS solutions using Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active.

You will own the backlog, manage integrations, design end-to-end tests, and act as a subject matter expert for WMS configurations and APIs, collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to optimize supply chain

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT enterprise application experience.
• 6-8 years specializing in Manhattan Scale or Manhattan Active platforms.
• Strong knowledge of WMS module configuration, SQL querying, system integration standards, and Agile delivery frameworks.
• Proven ability to execute end-to-end flow testing, perform root-cause issue triage, and bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own Backlog & Requirements: Elicit operational needs and translate them into actionable epics, user stories, and technical specifications.
• Lead Technical Integration: Map and evaluate REST/SOAP APIs, EDI, and database interfaces between Manhattan WMS and external systems.
• Drive Flow Testing: Design and execute comprehensive end-to-end lifecycle testing, validating complex supply chain edge cases.
• Provide System Expertise: Serve as the core subject matter expert for Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active WMS configurations and architecture.
