Job summary
Iron Mountain is seeking an adaptable Technical Product Owner - WMS to join our IT Business Systems team in Mexico. You will bridge warehouse operations and development, translating complex logistics requirements into scalable WMS solutions using Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active.
You will own the backlog, drive API integrations, and lead end-to-end testing to ensure smooth deployment. A strong background in WMS configuration and Agile delivery is essential, along with a CS/IT/Supply Chain
Qualifications
- 10+ years of IT enterprise application experience with focus on WMS platforms.
- 6–8 years specializing in Manhattan Scale or Manhattan Active platforms.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent.
- CSPO or Manhattan certification is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Own Backlog & Requirements: elicit needs and translate into epics, stories, and specs.
- Lead Technical Integration: map REST/SOAP APIs, EDI, and DB interfaces with ERP/TMS.
- Drive end-to-end flow testing and UAT readiness.
- Provide system expertise on Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active WMS configurations.
