Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking an adaptable Technical Product Owner - WMS to join our IT Business Systems team in Mexico. You will bridge warehouse operations and tech teams, translating complex logistics requirements into scalable WMS solutions using Manhattan Scale and Active systems.

You will own backlog, drive API integrations with ERP/TMS, and lead end-to-end testing to ensure robust supply chain execution. A strong background in WMS, SQL, and Agile delivery is required.

Qualifications

• Extensive IT enterprise application experience with 6+ years on Manhattan Scale or Manhattan Active.
• Strong WMS configuration, SQL querying, and integration standards.
• Experience bridging technical and non-technical stakeholders in Agile delivery.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or related field; additional certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own backlog, elicit needs, and translate into epics and user stories for development.
• Lead technical integration: map REST/SOAP APIs, EDI, and DB interfaces with ERP/TMS.
• Design and execute end-to-end tests, validate complex logistics edge cases.
• Serve as SME for Manhattan Scale/Active WMS configurations and architecture.
