Job summary

Iron Mountain in Mexico seeks an adaptable Technical Product Owner - WMS to join our IT Business Systems Professional III team. You will bridge warehouse operations and development by translating complex logistics requirements into scalable WMS solutions using Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active.

Lead backlog, coordinate REST/SOAP API, EDI and database interfaces with ERP/TMS, and design end-to-end testing to ensure robust supply chain execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years IT enterprise app experience with 6–8 years on Manhattan Scale/Active.
• Strong WMS configuration, SQL, and integration standards.
• Experience in Agile delivery and stakeholder communication.
• CSPO/Manhattan certs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own Backlog & Requirements: translate needs into epics and stories.
• Lead Technical Integration: map APIs, EDI, and interfaces with ERP/TMS.
• Drive end-to-end flow testing and issue triage.
• Provide System Expertise: Manhattan Scale/Active configurations and architecture.
