Job summary

Iron Mountain in Mexico is seeking an adaptable Technical Product Owner - WMS to join our IT Business Systems Professional III team. You will own backlog, translate needs into epics, and align with ERP/TMS integrations.

You bring 10+ years in IT, hands-on experience with Manhattan Scale/Active, and strong SQL and Agile delivery skills. This role offers a path to influence supply chain systems in a global data-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in IT enterprise applications with 6-8 years on Manhattan WMS platforms.
• Strong SQL, system integration standards, and Agile delivery experience.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/SCM; CSPO/Manhattan cert preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own Backlog & Requirements: elicit needs and translate into epics and specs.
• Lead Technical Integration: map REST/SOAP APIs, EDI, and DB interfaces with ERP/TMS.
• Drive Flow Testing: design and execute end-to-end testing for complex scenarios.
• Provide System Expertise: act as SME for Manhattan Scale/Active configurations.
