Job summary

Iron Mountain in Mexico is seeking an adaptable Technical Product Owner - WMS to join our IT Business Systems Professional III team. In this role, you'll bridge warehouse operations and technical development teams by transforming complex logistics requirements into scalable WMS solutions.

Your expertise in Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active WMS will help optimize supply chain execution and shape the future of our enterprise software footprint.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/SCM or equivalent experience.
10+ years IT enterprise application experience.
6–8 years specializing in Manhattan Scale or Manhattan Active platforms.
CSPO or Manhattan certification preferred.
Experience with WMS configuration and API integrations.

Responsibilities

Own Backlog & Requirements: Elicit operational needs and translate into epics, stories, and technical specs.
Lead Technical Integration: Map and evaluate REST/SOAP APIs, EDI, and DB interfaces between Manhattan WMS and ERP/TMS.
Drive Flow Testing: Design and execute end-to-end lifecycle tests for complex supply chain scenarios.
Provide System Expertise: Serve as SME for Manhattan Scale/Active WMS configurations and architecture.
