Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking an adaptable Technical Product Owner - WMS to join our IT Business Systems Professional III team in Mexico. You will bridge warehouse operations and technical development by translating complex logistics requirements into scalable WMS solutions using Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active.

In this role you will own the backlog, lead integrations with ERP/TMS, design end-to-end tests, and serve as the SME for Manhattan WMS capabilities and architecture.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT enterprise application experience.
• 6-8 years specializing in Manhattan Scale or Manhattan Active.
• Strong knowledge of WMS module configuration and system integration standards.
• CSPO or Manhattan certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own Backlog & Requirements: Elicit operational needs and translate into epics and user stories.
• Lead Technical Integration: Map and evaluate APIs, EDI, and interfaces between Manhattan WMS and ERP/TMS.
• Drive Flow Testing: Design end-to-end lifecycle testing and validate edge cases before UAT.
• Provide System Expertise: Serve as SME for Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active WMS capabilities.
