Job summary
Iron Mountain is seeking an adaptable Technical Product Owner - WMS to join our IT Business Systems team in a global role based in Mexico. You will bridge warehouse operations with technical development, turning complex logistics needs into scalable WMS solutions using Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active.
You will own the backlog, guide API integrations, and drive comprehensive end-to-end testing while serving as the subject matter expert for WMS configurations and architecture.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in CS/IT/SCM.
- CSPO or Manhattan certification preferred.
- Proven 10+ years IT enterprise app experience; 6–8 years with Manhattan platforms.
Responsibilities
- Own Backlog & Requirements: elicit needs and translate into epics, stories, and specs.
- Lead Technical Integration: map REST/SOAP APIs, EDI, DB interfaces with ERP/TMS.
- Drive Flow Testing: design and execute end-to-end tests for complex supply chain scenarios.
- Provide System Expertise: act as SME for Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active configurations.
