Job summary

DHL Global Forwarding (Colombia) S.A.S. in GSC BOG seeks a Team Leader Senior AFR to guide the AFR management team and drive operational excellence.

You will measure program performance, ensure compliance with quality standards, and collaborate with process owners and partners to optimize capacity and data accuracy. Strong leadership, English proficiency, and Excel skills are required, with Portuguese knowledge considered a plus.

Qualifications

Min 4 years of work experience.
Min 2 years of experience leading teams.
High level English (dialogue, writing, listening).
High level of Portuguese (Desirable).

Responsibilities

Actively lead the team of AFR Managers in charge, achieving operational excellence through respect and results.
Measure and control program performance and resources according to defined objectives.
Ensure processes comply with quality standards and administrative rules.
Maintain excellent relationships with process owners and business partners.
Provide timely feedback for the team in charge.
Define processes, SMART KPIs, roles within programs and seek improvements with OpEx & Transition Manager.
Analyze and present capacity utilization of the programs.
GSConnect usage and information accuracy.
