Job summary

DHL Global Forwarding Bogotá is seeking a Team Leader AFR to guide the AFR Specialist team, optimize processes, and deliver value to customers and the business. You will monitor performance, enforce quality standards, and collaborate with process owners and partners to drive improvements.

The role includes capacity analysis, GSConnect usage, and strong cross-functional communication. Fluency in English is required; Portuguese is desirable.

Qualifications

• Professional degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or International Business.
• Minimum 4 years of work experience.
• Minimum 1 year of team leadership experience.
• Desirable: project management experience; active leadership and teamwork.
• High level English (spoken and written).
• High level Portuguese (Desirable).
• Advanced MS Excel and other MS Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Actively lead the team of AFR Specialists, driving operational excellence with respect and results.
• Measure and control program performance and resource use per defined objectives.
• Ensure processes meet quality standards and comply with administrative rules.
• Maintain excellent relationships with process owners and business partners.
• Provide timely feedback to the team in charge.
• Define processes, KPIs (SMART), roles within programs and identify client-driven improvements with OpEx & Transition support.
• Analyze and present capacity utilization of the programs.
• Ensure GSConnect usage and information accuracy.
