Qualifications

• 4+ years of work experience
• 2+ years of team leadership experience
• Desirable: experience in project management
• Fluent English (written & spoken)
• Portuguese proficiency desirable
• Advanced MS Excel and MS Office skills

Responsibilities

• Actively lead the team of AFR Managers to achieve operational excellence.
• Measure and control program performance and resources against defined objectives.
• Ensure processes meet quality standards and comply with administrative rules.
• Maintain strong relationships with process owners and business partners.
• Provide timely feedback to the team and define processes and roles within programs.
• Analyze capacity utilization and report insights for program optimization.
• Promote GSConnect usage and ensure accuracy of information.
