Job summary

DHL Asia Pacific Shared Services in Bogotá is seeking a Team Leader AFR to monitor the AFR Service Line program in GSC BOG, optimize processes, and drive efficiency. You will lead the AFR Specialist team, ensure quality, and collaborate with process owners to add value for clients.

The role requires a minimum of 4 years of experience, at least 1 year in leadership, strong English skills, and advanced MS Excel capability. Portuguese is a plus, with a direct indefinite contract with DHL Colombia.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Admin, International Business, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of work experience.
• At least 1 year of experience leading teams.
• Desirable: project management experience.
• High level English (spoken, written, listening).
• Portuguese language proficiency is desirable.
• Advanced MS Excel and MS Office tools.
• Ability to work in a team and demonstrate autonomy.

Responsibilities

• Lead the AFR Specialist team and drive operational excellence.
• Measure program performance and allocate resources.
• Ensure processes meet quality standards and comply with rules.
• Maintain excellent relationships with process owners and partners.
• Provide timely feedback to the team.
• Define processes, SMART KPIs, roles, and opportunities with OpEx & Transition Manager.
• Analyze capacity utilization of the programs in charge.
• Ensure GSConnect usage and data accuracy.
