Job summary

DHL Bogotá is seeking a Team Leader AFR to guide the AFR Specialist team in GSC BOG, driving operational excellence and value for customers. You will oversee performance, capacity, and process adherence while collaborating with process owners and partners.

The role requires a background in industrial/business fields, at least 4 years of experience, and strong leadership with English proficiency; Portuguese is a plus. Direct, permanent contract with DHL Colombia.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level qualifications in related field; strong leadership skills.
• Experience leading teams and managing projects is required.
• Advanced English; Portuguese is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Actively lead the AFR Specialist team to achieve operational excellence and results.
• Measure program performance and manage resources per defined objectives.
• Ensure processes meet quality standards and comply with rules.
• Maintain excellent relationships with process owners and business partners.
• Provide timely feedback to the team.
• Define processes, KPIs (SMART), and roles; identify improvements with OpEx & Transition Manager.
• Analyze and present capacity utilization of the programs.
• Ensure GSConnect usage and data accuracy.
