Job summary

DHL Colombia is seeking a Team Leader AFR to monitor the AFR Service Line program in GSC BOG, aiming to optimize processes, increase productivity and deliver value to customers and the business.

You will actively lead the AFR Specialist team, measure performance, ensure quality standards, and maintain strong relationships with process owners and partners while driving improvements with OpEx & Transition Manager support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, International Business, or similar.
• Minimum 4 years of work experience.
• Minimum 1 year leading teams.
• Experience in project management is desirable.
• Fluent English (speaking/writing/listening).
• Portuguese language is desirable.
• Advanced MS Excel and MS Office skills.
• Ability to work in a team and autonomously.

Responsibilities

• Lead the AFR Specialist team to achieve operational excellence.
• Measure and control program performance and resources.
• Ensure processes meet quality standards and admin rules.
• Maintain relationships with process owners and business partners.
• Provide timely feedback to the team.
• Define processes, KPIs (SMART), roles, and improvement opportunities.
• Analyze and present capacity utilization.
• GSConnect usage and information accuracy.
