Job summary

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of cargo transportation and logistics industry.

Responsibilities

• Develop strong relationships with clients through timely communications.
• Support assigned accounts and review client KPIs and SLAs.
• Provide performance reports and coordinate stakeholder activities.
• Escalate and resolve issues to ensure service excellence.
• Coordinate business implementations and participate in reviews (QBR/MBR).
• Understand client documentation requirements and ensure compliance.
