Kuehne+Nagel Bogota is seeking an Operations Specialist in Freight Forwarding to coordinate and plan customer orders and shipments, ensuring visibility and handling inquiries.

You will lead SOP/WI execution, drive service level adherence, and collaborate across IT, procurement, quality and regional teams to improve productivity.

English proficiency and a background in international business with 5+ years in transport modes are valued; join a global leader shaping logistics.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in International Business or related field.
• 5+ years of experience with Air, Sea or Road transport.
• Desirable 4PL experience and customer service background.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Ability to support root-cause analysis and operational improvements.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and plan customer orders/shipments according to account scope.
• Handle customer inquiries regarding visibility, status, complaints, and ad hoc requests.
• Maintain customer satisfaction, support growth and productivity across teams.
• Execute SOPs and work instructions while upholding service levels.
• Represent KN in meetings and audits; collaborate with IT, procurement, quality and regional LCCs.
• Identify opportunities to increase productivity using analytical tools.
