Caseware is seeking a Senior Fullstack Software Developer III to lead architecture and drive engineering quality in a distributed cloud-native, multi-tenant SaaS platform. You will mentor teams, shape platform evolution, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate technical decisions into business value.

You will operate with agentic-AI tools, review designs, and influence how the platform grows, while solving complex reliability and scalability challenges in a fully remote

Formación

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• 8+ years of professional software development with impact beyond a single team.
• Experience designing and operating distributed, cloud-native SaaS platforms; AWS preferred.
• Strong fundamentals in OOP, design patterns, SOLID, and code quality advocacy.
• Experience with agentic-AI development practices.
• Experience designing HTTP APIs (REST/GraphQL).
• Mentoring across teams and influencing architectural decisions.
• Strong communication in fast-moving environments with ambiguity.

Responsabilidades

• Create architecture, prototypes, and design proposals delivering near-term business value.
• Influence technical direction via architecture reviews and RFCs.
• Partner with senior staff to define and execute product/platform roadmap.
• Balance speed, quality, and long-term platform health in decisions.
• Break down large initiatives into parallelizable work items delivering value.
• Champion proposals through all SDLC phases and production rollout.
• Improve core product build, CI/CD pipelines, and overall SDLC.
• Troubleshoot production issues and drive reliability and observability.
