Caseware is seeking a Senior Fullstack Software Developer III to lead architecture, drive engineering quality, and mentor teams across the platform. You will shape designs, review architectures, and partner with cross‑functional stakeholders to translate technical decisions into business value.

The role is fully remote from Colombia, with a focus on building scalable cloud services using Java/SpringBoot, Angular/TypeScript, and AWS.

Formación

• 8+ years of professional software development experience with impact beyond a single team.
• Experience designing and operating distributed, cloud‑native SaaS platforms at scale (AWS preferred).
• Strong fundamentals: OOP, design patterns, SOLID, code quality advocacy.

Responsabilidades

• Create architecture, prototypes, and design proposals delivering near‑term business value.
• Influence technical direction via reviews, RFCs, design discussions, and collaboration.
