Caseware, a global fintech leader, seeks a Senior Software Developer III for a fully remote role based in Colombia. You will guide architecture, mentor engineers, and partner with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable cloud-native solutions.

You will shape the platform, champion code quality, and apply agentic-AI practices to build robust frontend and backend systems using Java/Spring Boot and Angular.

Formación

• 8+ years of professional software development experience with impact beyond a single team.
• Experience designing and operating cloud-native SaaS/multi-tenant platforms at scale, ideally on AWS.
• Experience mentoring developers and influencing architectural decisions across teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in fast-moving environments.

Responsabilidades

• Create architecture, prototypes, and design proposals delivering near-term business value.
• Influence technical direction through architecture reviews and design discussions.
• Define and execute product/platform architecture roadmap with senior colleagues.
• Balance delivery speed with quality and long-term platform health.
• Mentor developers through design reviews and AI-assisted sessions.
• Contribute to improving core product builds, CI/CD pipelines, and SDLC.
