Caseware is a global fintech leader seeking a Fullstack Senior Software Developer III to guide architecture, quality, and delivery across a cloud-native SaaS platform. You will mentor teams, shape architecture, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to translate technical decisions into business value.

This fully remote role is based in Colombia, with a focus on agentic-AI integration, scalable microservices, and robust front-end systems using Angular and TypeScript.

Formación

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• 8+ years of professional software development experience with demonstrated impact beyond a single team.
• Experience designing and operating distributed, cloud-native SaaS platforms at scale (AWS preferred).
• Experience mentoring developers and influencing architectural decisions across teams.
• Experience owning front-end architecture and design-system strategy at scale.
• Experience with agentic-AI software development practices.

Responsabilidades

• Create architecture, prototypes, and design proposals delivering near-term value while aligning with platform vision.
• Influence technical direction through architecture reviews and design discussions.
• Define and execute the product/platform architecture roadmap with senior engineers and tech leads.
• Balance delivery speed, quality, and long-term platform health in technical decisions.
• Break down large initiatives into parallelizable chunks delivering incremental value.
• Champion proposals through all SDLC phases from design to production.
