Job summary

FullStack is seeking Forward Deployed Engineers who embed with enterprise teams to architect and build AI-powered solutions. You will deliver production-grade agentic systems, combining data, retrieval, and model behavior to ensure trustworthy outcomes.

You’ll operate across discovery, architecture, and delivery, interfacing with CTOs, VPs of Engineering, and business leadership to quantify impact and drive value for Fortune 500 clients.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years across ML, data, and software engineering.
• Python-first, production-grade systems; strong proficiency in TS/Node, .NET/C#, or Java are a plus.
• Experience designing and owning CI/CD for AI/ML systems (LLMOps/MLOps).
• Proven ability to deploy LLM/agent systems into production with retrieval and model behavior considerations.

Responsibilities

• Discover and run workshops with business, data, and engineering stakeholders.
• Structure process specifications for automated business processes.
• Architect end-to-end agentic systems with context and retrieval architecture.
• Build working systems: agents, retrieval services, evaluation tooling, data flows.
• Operate Day 2: evaluation, observability, cost control, and handoff to client teams.
• Engage in pre-sales discovery, scoping, and proposal work.
