FullStack seeks Forward Deployed Engineers in a remote role, embedded with client teams to architect AI‑driven solutions. You will own problem framing, design, and deployment, coordinating across product, data, and engineering stakeholders.

You bring 8–12+ years in ML, data, and software engineering, with Python‑first production experience and strong retrieval/agent expertise. Expect a fast‑paced, consultative environment with enterprise‑level impact.

Qualifications

• 9–12+ years across ML, data, and software engineering.
• Python‑first production systems experience.
• Strong knowledge of retrieval, embeddings, and agent design.
• Experience with CI/CD for AI/ML systems (LLMOps/MLOps).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management in client contexts.

Responsibilities

• Architect end‑to‑end agent systems with strong retrieval architecture.
• Lead consultative discovery and guide clients from problem framing to implementation.
• Build and deploy production AI solutions with robust monitoring and governance.
• Own delivery, including CI/CD, versioning, evaluation suites, and post‑launch handoff.
• Collaborate with clients ranging from startups to Fortune 500 to ensure value delivery.
