Zusammenfassung

FullStack is seeking Forward Deployed Engineers who sit inside the client’s problem, embedding with an enterprise team to architect and build AI solutions that scale to production. You’ll balance consulting, engineering, and delivery, translating strategic questions into concrete, actionable AI deployments for Fortune 500 clients.

You’ll work on data, retrieval, and model behavior, shaping solutions with architecture judgment and end-to-end delivery, from discovery through post-launch

Qualifikationen

• 8–10+ years across ML, data, and software engineering.
• Python-first, production-grade (typed, tested, deployed services).
• Track record as an ML/Data Architect, Principal Engineer, or Tech Lead.
• Has designed and owned CI/CD for AI or ML systems (LLMOps / MLOps).

Aufgaben

• Discover and structure business processes for automation with AI.
• Architect end-to-end agentic systems focusing on context and retrieval architecture.
• Build working AI systems including agents, retrieval services, and evaluation tooling.
• Operate post-launch with monitoring, governance, and cost management.
