FullStack is seeking a Senior Forward Deployed Engineer to embed with enterprise teams, architect AI-enabled solutions, and deliver production-grade systems across client environments. You will blend consulting, engineering, and deployment work to ensure AI initiatives survive production and deliver measurable value.

You will lead discovery, design robust data and retrieval architectures, and own end-to-end delivery including CI/CD and operational guardrails, working closely with business

Qualifikationen

8–10+ years across ML, data, and software engineering.
Python-first production-grade development; proficiency in TypeScript/Node, .NET or Java is a plus.
Track record as ML/Data Architect, Principal Engineer, or Tech Lead.
Designed and owned CI/CD for AI/ML systems (LLMOps / MLOps).

Aufgaben

Discover with stakeholders; assess data readiness; separate AI problems from workflow problems.
Structure current state to specifications for automation.
Architect end-to-end agentic systems with retrieval architecture.
Build working agents and data flows; prototypes in weeks.
Own CI/CD for AI: prompts, versioning, and eval pipelines.
Operate Day 2: evaluation, observability, cost management, and handoff.
Consult with CTOs/VPs; support pre‑sales and scoping.
