FullStack is hiring Forward Deployed Engineers who embed with enterprise teams to architect, build, and sustain AI-enabled solutions. You will work across discovery, design, and delivery, guiding data-intensive projects from problem framing to production-ready systems.

The role blends consultancy, hands-on engineering, and long-term ownership, with a focus on data, retrieval, and model behavior to ensure reliable AI outcomes for regulated industries and Fortune 500 clients.

Qualifikationen

• 8–10+ years across ML, data, and software engineering.
• Python-first, production-grade development; TypeScript/Node, .NET/C#, or Java a plus.
• Track record as ML/Data Architect, Principal Engineer, or Tech Lead.
• Designed and owned CI/CD for AI/ML systems (LLMOps).
• Has production experience with LLM/agent systems and retrieval-focused architectures.

Aufgaben

• Discover via workshops and stakeholder interviews; assess data readiness and distinguish AI vs workflow problems.
• Structure processes and specifications for automated business workflows that AI systems can execute reliably.
• Architect and design end-to-end agentic systems emphasizing context, retrieval, and data pipelines.
• Build working systems: agents, retrieval services, evaluation tooling, and data flows.
• Engineer the delivery system: CI/CD for AI, versioning, and gated releases.
• Operate post-launch: eval harnesses, observability, cost and latency management, and handoff to client teams.
• Consult with CTOs and engineering leaders; quantify impact in business terms and support pre-sales.
