FullStack is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer who sits inside client teams to architect and build AI-powered solutions. You’ll own end-to-end delivery from discovery to production, blending consulting, engineering, and operations.

You’ll work with regulated industries and Fortune 500 clients across the Americas, shaping architecture, data, and model behavior while maintaining guardrails, observability, and ROI.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years in ML, data, and software engineering.
• Python-first, production-grade software; familiarity with TypeScript/Node and Java/C# is a plus.
• Experience as ML/Data Architect or Tech Lead.
• Designed and owned CI/CD for AI/ML systems.
• Production experience with LLMs and agent systems.

Responsabilités

• Discover with stakeholders and assess data readiness.
• Structure process and specs for automation.
• Architect end-to-end agentic systems with retrieval architecture.
• Build working systems: agents, retrieval services, evaluation tooling.
• Own CI/CD for AI in production.
• Operate Day 2: eval, observability, cost, drift.
• Consult with CTOs and VPs, support pre-sales.
