FullStack is seeking an experienced Forward Deployed Engineer to embed with enterprise teams, shaping AI solutions from problem framing to production deployment, and delivering measurable value. You will own discovery, architecture, and delivery across data, retrieval, and model behavior, building agentic systems for regulated environments and Fortune 500 clients, with a strong focus on reliability.

• 8–10+ years across ML, data, and software engineering.
• Production-grade, Python-first development experience.
• Experience with retrieval/embeddings and model behavior.
• Proven ability to architect AI-enabled systems for enterprise clients.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.

Responsabilidades

• Discover: run workshops with business, data, and engineering stakeholders.
• Structure the process and the spec: map current state, decision points, data inputs, and exceptions.
• Architect & design: end-to-end agentic systems with retrieval architecture and guardrails.
• Build: ship working AI systems and prototypes that prove value in weeks.
• Operate Day 2: monitoring, eval harnesses, cost and latency management, drift.
• Consult: present to CTOs and VPs, defend decisions and drive scoping.
