Job summary

FullStack is seeking an experienced Forward Deployed Engineer to embed with enterprise teams, architect AI solutions, and deliver production-grade systems. You’ll lead discovery, structure specifications, and own the end-to-end deployment for AI applications with a data-first approach.

You will work across ML, data, and software engineering, with strong emphasis on retrieval, evaluation, and governance. This fully remote role offers opportunities to impact Fortune 500 clients and innovative

Qualifications

8–10+ years across ML, data, and software engineering.
Python‑first, production‑grade (typed, tested, deployed) with working proficiency in TS/Node, .NET/C#, or Java.
Track record as ML/Data Architect, Principal Engineer, or Tech Lead
Has designed and owned CI/CD for AI/ML systems (LLMOps / MLOps)

Responsibilities

Discover. Run workshops with business, data, and engineering stakeholders to assess data readiness and AI problems.
Structure the process and the spec. Map current state, decisions, data inputs, and exceptions for reliable execution.
Architect & design end-to-end agentic systems with focus on context and retrieval architecture.
Build working systems: agents, retrieval services, eval tooling, and data flows that prove value quickly.
Engineer the delivery system: CI/CD for AI, prompt/versioning, and eval in the pipeline.
Operate Day 2: eval harnesses, observability, cost, latency, drift, and handoff to client teams.
Consult: defend decisions to senior leadership and support pre-sales scoping when needed.
