FullStack is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to embed with enterprise teams, turning AI opportunities into production systems. You will shape the solution with architecture, data, and retrieval expertise, working inside Fortune 500 clients who mandate reliable performance.

You will act as a consultant, operator, and engineer—leading discovery, designing specs, building agents, and owning CI/CD for AI deployments, with Day 2 operations and measurable impact.

Formación

• 8–10+ years across ML, data, and software engineering.
• Production-grade Python and multi-language software experience.
• ML/AI architecture with CI/CD for AI/ML systems.
• Experience designing data retrieval and orchestration for production systems.
• Ability to communicate with C-suite and engineers.

Responsabilidades

• Discover and workshop AI opportunities with stakeholders.
• Structure processes and translate to AI-ready specifications.
• Architect end-to-end agentic systems with retrieval and guardrails.
• Build and deploy working AI-enabled services.
• Operate Day 2: monitoring, observability, cost control.
• Consult with CTOs and VPs on decisions and ROI.
