Job summary

FullStack is seeking an experienced Forward Deployed Engineer to embed with enterprise teams and architect AI solutions end‑to‑end. You will define data, retrieval, and model behavior to build trusted agents in regulated environments.

The role blends consultancy, engineering, and operations, requiring strong communication with COOs, VPs of Engineering, and business leadership. Ideal candidates have 8–10+ years across ML, data, and software engineering, with production‑grade Python and experience

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years across ML, data, and software engineering.
• Production-grade Python development with Minted CI/CD for AI systems.
• Experience designing and owning data-driven AI solutions.
• Ability to discuss strategies with C-suite and engineers.
• Strong understanding of retrieval, embeddings, and model behavior.

Responsibilities

• Discover. Run workshops with business, data, and engineering stakeholders and assess data readiness honestly.
• Structure the process and the spec. Map current state and transform into executable specs.
• Architect & design. Define context, retrieval, and orchestration for agentic systems.
• Build. Deliver working systems: agents, retrieval services, evaluation tooling, data flows.
• Engineer the delivery system. Own CI/CD for AI, including prompts and evaluation pipelines.
• Operate (Day 2). Maintain evaluation harnesses, observability, and cost/latency control.
• Consult. Present to senior stakeholders and support pre‑sales scoping.
