Job summary

KittySpout is seeking a hands-on CRO Lead to own all conversion tests across our Shopify DTC brands. You will build the backlog, briefing and QA tests, and ship winners while driving improvements in CVR, AOV and revenue per visitor.

Qualifications

• 3-4+ years running CRO programs for Shopify DTC brands is a must
• Proven results lifting CVR, AOV or revenue per visitor with data
• Experience building and testing paid-acquisition funnels and landing pages
• Hands-on with Intelligems and related analytics tools

Responsibilities

• Own the CRO test plan and backlog for both brands
• Build, test and launch paid-acquisition funnels and on-site offers
• Brief, QA and launch tests weekly and ship winners
• Report CRO KPIs weekly and run CRO & Funnels meetings
• Manage CRO agency and decide when work moves in-house
