Job summary

KittySpout is seeking a hands-on CRO Lead to own every conversion test across our Shopify DTC brands. You will set strategy, build the backlog, brief QA, launch tests, and ship winners—driving CVR, AOV, and revenue per visitor.

The role requires 3–4+ years in CRO for Shopify brands, deep Intelligems experience, and the ability to show data-backed results. This remote, full-time position offers rapid impact in a fast-growing company.

Qualifications

• 3–4+ years running CRO programs for Shopify DTC brands.
• Proven record of tests lifting CVR, AOV or RPV with data proof.
• Experience building paid-acquisition funnels and landing pages.
• Hands-on Intelligems experience; ability to QA and brief developers.
• Willingness to work overtime or weekends when needed.

Responsibilities

• Own CRO test plan and backlog for both brands, prioritizing high impact tests.
• Build, test, and launch paid acquisition funnels and on-site offers.
• Brief, QA and launch tests weekly; communicate results clearly and ship winners.
• Report CRO KPIs weekly and lead the CRO & Funnels meeting.
