Job summary

KittySpout is seeking a hands-on CRO Lead to own every conversion test across our site, landing pages, funnels and post-purchase offers. You will set strategy, build backlogs, brief and QA tests, and ship winners in a fast-paced, fully remote environment.

We run 2M+ per month on Meta and seek 3–4+ years CRO leadership for Shopify DTC. Strong Intelligems, AfterSell and Clarity experience will help drive CVR, AOV and revenue growth across both brands.

Qualifications

• 3–4+ years running CRO programs for Shopify DTC brands.
• Experience building and testing paid-acquisition funnels and landing pages.
• Proven track record of lifting CVR, AOV or revenue per visitor.

Responsibilities

• Own the CRO test plan and backlog for both brands, ranked by impact.
• Build, test and launch paid-acquisition funnels, on-site offers and post-purchase upsells.
• Brief, QA and launch tests weekly and call results honestly.
• Drive measurable lifts in CVR, AOV and revenue per visitor.
• Manage CRO agency and coordinate with Head of Growth.
• Report CRO KPIs weekly and lead the CRO & Funnels meetings.
