KittySpout is seeking a hands-on CRO Lead to own every conversion test across our Shopify DTC brands, including site, landing pages, funnels, on-site offers and post-purchase upsells. You set the strategy, build the backlog, brief and QA tests, launch winners and ship impact.

With 3-4+ years running CRO programs and hands-on Intelligems experience, you will design paid-acquisition funnels, leverage data to lift CVR, AOV and revenue per visitor, and work closely with the founder to scale towards

Qualifications

• 3-4+ years running CRO programs for Shopify DTC brands is a must.
• Proof of results: tests that lifted CVR, AOV or RPV with data to back it up.
• Experience building and testing paid-acquisition funnels and landing pages.

Responsabilités

• Own CRO test plan and backlog for both brands, ranking tests by impact.
• Build, test and launch paid-acquisition funnels, on-site offers and post-purchase upsells.
• Brief, QA and launch tests weekly; call results honestly and ship winners.
