Job summary

KittySpout, a fast-growing DTC brand, is hiring a hands-on CRO Lead to own every conversion test across site, landing pages, funnels and post-purchase offers. You’ll build the backlog, brief and QA tests, launch them and ship winners. The role demands strong hands-on CRO skills and data-backed results.

You’ll work fully remotely, with high-impact budgets and a fast-paced culture that values experimentation, speed, and measurable lifts in CVR, AOV and revenue per visitor.

Qualifications

• 3-4+ years running CRO programs for Shopify DTC brands.
• Deep hands-on Intelligems experience.
• Built and tested paid-acquisition funnels with measurable lifts.
• Able to show data behind tests lifting CVR, AOV or RPV.

Responsibilities

• Own the CRO test plan and backlog for both brands, ranked by impact.
• Build, test and launch paid-acquisition funnels and landing pages.
• Brief, QA and launch tests weekly with results-focused communication.
• Report CRO KPIs weekly and lead CRO & Funnels meetings.
• Manage CRO agency and decide when work moves in-house.
