KittySpout is seeking a hands-on CRO Lead to own every conversion test across our Shopify DTC brands. You will set strategy, build backlogs, brief QA, launch tests, and ship winners to drive CVR, AOV and revenue per visitor.

We spend $2,000,000+ per month on Meta; 3-4+ years CRO experience and deep Intelligems expertise are required. This is a fully remote, full-time role with significant impact across both KittySpout and DoggySpout.

Qualificações

• 3-4+ years running CRO programs for Shopify DTC brands.
• Proof of results: tests and funnels that lifted CVR, AOV or revenue per visitor with data.
• Experience building and testing paid-acquisition funnels and landing pages.

Responsabilidades

• Own the CRO test plan and backlog for both brands, ranked by impact.
• Build, test and launch paid-acquisition funnels, on-site offers and post-purchase upsells.
• Brief, QA and launch tests every week and ship the winners.
• Drive measurable lifts in CVR, AOV and revenue per visitor.
• CRO agency management and decisions with the Head of Growth.
