We’re hiring a hands-on CRO Lead to own every conversion test across our brands, set the strategy, build the backlog, brief and QA tests, and ship the winning experiments.

Qualifications

• 3–4+ years running CRO programs for Shopify DTC brands.
• Proven results with CVR, AOV or revenue per visitor.
• Experience building and testing paid-acquisition funnels and landing pages.

Responsibilities

• Own CRO test plan and backlog for both brands.
• Build, test and launch paid-acquisition funnels and on-site offers.
• Brief, QA and launch tests weekly with the web team.
• Report CRO KPIs and lead weekly CRO & Funnels meetings.
• Manage CRO agency and coordinate with Head of Growth.
