Job summary

KittySpout is seeking a hands-on CRO Lead to own every conversion test across our Shopify DTC brands, including site, landing pages, funnels, and post-purchase upsells. Lead strategy, build backlog, brief and QA tests, launch winners, and drive measurable lifts in CVR, AOV, and revenue per visitor.

We are a 100% remote, fast-growing team with significant ad spend. The ideal candidate has 3–4+ years of CRO experience and deep Intelligems know-how, plus expertise in paid funnels and analytics.

Qualifications

• 3–4+ years running CRO programs for Shopify DTC brands.
• Proven record of tests lifting CVR, AOV or revenue per visitor.
• Experience building and testing paid-acquisition funnels and landing pages.
• Hands-on with Intelligems, AfterSell and Clarity.

Responsibilities

• Own CRO test plan and backlog for both brands and prioritize high impact tests.
• Build, QA and launch tests with web developers and designers.
• Run weekly CRO reporting and the CRO & Funnels meetings.
• Manage CRO agency and decide when to bring work in-house.
