Job summary

KittySpout is seeking a hands-on CRO Lead to own every conversion test across our Shopify DTC brands. You will build the backlog, brief and QA tests, launch them, and ship winners, driving lifts in CVR, AOV and revenue per visitor.

Qualifications

• Experience leading CRO programs for Shopify DTC brands.
• Hands-on experience with testing and optimizing landing pages, funnels, and post-purchase offers.
• Ability to build and QA test briefs, briefs for developers/designers, and manage agencies.

Responsibilities

• Own CRO test plan and backlog for both brands.
• Build, test and launch paid-acquisition funnels and on-site offers.
• Brief, QA and launch tests weekly; ship winners with measurable lifts.
• Report CRO KPIs weekly and lead CRO meetings.
