Job summary

KittySpout is seeking a CRO Lead to work fully remotely. You will own every conversion test across the site, landing pages, paid funnels, and on-site/offers, setting strategy and shipping winners. You’ll build backlogs, brief QA, and drive rapid testing and optimization with data-backed results.

We require 3–4+ years in CRO for Shopify DTC brands, deep Intelligems experience, and a track record of lifting CVR, AOV or RPV. This role is fully remote, fast-paced, and highly impact-driven.

Qualifications

• 3–4+ years running CRO for Shopify DTC brands.
• Hands-on Intelligems experience.
• Experience building and testing paid-acquisition funnels and landing pages.
• Proven data-driven results: CVR, AOV or RPV improvements.
• Fully remote, full-time; fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Own CRO test plan and backlog for both brands.
• Build, test and launch paid funnels and on-site offers.
• Brief, QA and ship tests weekly.
• Report CRO KPIs weekly and run meetings.
• Manage CRO agency and decide when to move in-house.
• Ensure tests meet significance criteria.
