Gallagher is seeking a bilingual Claims Adjuster in Medellín, part of GCoE LatAm, to manage end-to-end insurance claims for US-based clients, ensuring regulatory compliance and exceptional service. This role supports a global hub, contributing to a high-performing claims operation.

You will collaborate with US teams, analyze evidence, negotiate settlements within authority, and document results in our claims systems, leveraging strong communication and analytical skills to deliver value.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in insurance claims (motor, property, casualty).
• Fluent in English and Spanish (B2 or C1+ level).
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Experience in the insurance or reinsurance industry.

Responsabilidades

• Handle end-to-end claims processes from FNOL to closure.
• Communicate with claimants, vendors, and internal teams via email and phone.
• Analyze documentation to determine liability and coverage.
• Negotiate settlements within delegated authority.
• Ensure compliance with US insurance standards and regulations.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in claims systems.
